The iPad Sign-In Sheet


How do I customize the sign-in form?

To use your own PDF in Please Sign In, please follow these steps:

    Step 1: Open iTunes on your Mac or PC, and plug in your iPad

    Step 2: Click on your iPad in the devices section on the left hand side. Then, click on the the "Apps" tab.

    Step 3: Scroll down until you see the "File Sharing" section, then click on Please Sign In in the list of apps that appears.

    Step 4: Click "Add" and select the PDF file you wish to use. Once you have selected your file, be sure to sync so that iTunes can copy the file to your iPad.

    Step 5: Open Please Sign In on your iPad. In the "Agreement" section, tap "PDF". From there you will be able to select any of the PDF files you synced from your computer.
I'm not receiving my sign-ins through email, what can I do?

If you’re not receiving emails, please:
+ Please check your spam/trash folder.
+ Add to your address book
+ Try sending to an alternate email address, such as a new gmail account

I received an email, but I have never used Please Sign In, what's going on?

You may simply delete the email. If a guest enters their email address incorrectly when signing in, you may receive an errant email. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Please Sign In does not store any email addresses, and the information sent in the email is deleted from our servers after being sent. We have no personal information and your email address has not been saved on our server. If this is a recurring issue and you no longer wish to receive emails from Please Sign In, please let us know.

Can I export the data from my sign-ins?

Currently that feature is not supported. For now, you can collect those sign-in emails and collect the data by hand. For example, you can use the mail filter (rules) of your email client to do this, or you can search for email from
